Dr.Jyoshna.C, Head – MBA is a resourceful and passionate Associate Professor with over 14 years of experience in higher education, specializing in Human Resource Management and holds Ph.D. from Bharathiar University, She is committed to fostering student development through innovative teaching strategies and an interactive learning environment. She has a proven expertise in curriculum design, classroom management, and organizing professional events for student development. She also acts as Additional Coordinator for IIIC and Admissions ensuring student engagement and smooth transitions from application to enrollment. Her contribution as a Soft Skills and Placements Trainer reveals her passion for empowering future leaders with the essential tools for success, while also serving as an inspiring Cultural Activities Coordinator, weaving creativity into the academic fabric. She has a strong publication record in both national and international journal and also a recognized doctoral research supervisor of JNTUA, Anantapuramu. Her extensive knowledge and leadership skills contribue to academic excellence and student success.
