Dr. Jyoshna C, MBA, PH.D
Assocaite Professor & Head
Dr. Jyoshna C is currently serving as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Management Studies (MBA) at Sreenivasa Institute of Technology and Management Studies (SITAMS), Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in the year 2016, and completed her MBA in Human Resources from Anna University. She has over 15 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Management and Human Resource Management.
Dr. Jyoshna has extensive teaching experience in subjects such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Training and Development, Talent Management, Strategic Management, Knowledge Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Business Communication, and Business Ethics. She is actively involved in academic administration and currently serves as Head of the MBA Department and Chairperson of the Board of Studies, contributing to curriculum development, academic planning, and student mentoring.
Her research contributions include several publications in Scopus indexed journals, peer-reviewed international journals, and conference proceedings. Her research interests include Human Resource Practices, Organizational Commitment, Women Entrepreneurship, Employee Welfare, and emerging trends in Human Resource Management. She has also authored a textbook titled “Digital Marketing” published in 2024.
Dr. Jyoshna is a recognized Ph.D. Research Supervisor under JNTUA, Ananthapuram, and actively contributes to research guidance and academic development. She regularly organizes guest lectures, workshops, industrial visits, and management events, and has also served as a session judge and chairperson in national and international conferences. She continues to contribute to the academic and professional development of management students through teaching, research, and institutional service.
